A prayer for today:
Heavenly Father we thank you for the gift of this day and the miracle of life. Help us to remember that you walk with us each and every moment of this life from the time that we are conceived right up until the moment you receive our spirits, when we come home to you. Help us to hear you calling our name and to fulfill your desire that all your children live in union with your perfect love. Open the eyes of our hearts and our minds that we may see you and to celebrate the beauty of creation which is a living sign of your artistry. Protect us from those things which are merely distractions and the deprive us of living our lives to the fullest each day. Help us to be servants to those in need and physicians of the souls for those that suffer. We pray that we will have the grace your grace to see and do all things in your name. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
